This handle is for cordless 1" mini blinds with a rounded, oval-shaped bottom rail. The handle snaps around the bottom rail.

It is used on 1" room darkening vinyl and 1" aluminum cordless blinds by Designer's Touch, Hampton Bay, and Nien Made.
