Set includes a pair of hold down brackets and four mounting screws. Commonly used with Levolor Mark 1 mini blinds.

Clear plastic brackets with integrated pins.

Pin diameter is 3/16".

The mounting screws are size #6 Phillips hex-head 3/4" long.
